Each year, students in the WLHS Residential Program look forward to the annual overnight school “lock-in.”
During the recent four-day winter break, dorm students gathered for this special event that coincided with the beginning weekend of daylight saving time. The lock-in, led by the Residential Activities Committee (RAC) team, began at 10:00 PM and continued until 2:00 AM -- which became 3:00 AM when the clocks changed. Throughout the night, students enjoyed a variety of activities including hide-and-seek throughout the building and exciting Nerf gun battles. The evening continued with options such as competitive dodgeball matches, open gym activities like basketball and badminton, or snacks and a movie, providing residential students with a memorable and fun-filled experience during their break from classes.
