Snow Tubing Activity for New International Students
International students new to WLHS this school year, along with their American mentors, experienced a snow tubing activity on February 5.
Mentors and mentees left by bus after school to Crystal Ridge in nearby Franklin for their snow tubing adventure. Thanks to the snow-making capabilities on site, the students could enjoy sliding down on large tubes despite no recent accumulations of snow. For many international students, it was their first time enjoying this favorite wintertime activity.
