Each year in April, the WLHS Residential Program takes students on class trips to grow their unity as a class and spend some memorable time together before the end of the year.
Seniors took a trip to Madison to have a seminar on college and life readiness topics, as well as tour the University of Wisconsin-Madison campus and stroll around the famous State Street for shopping and dining. The junior class spent the day in Chicago, visiting famous landmarks such as Chicago 360, Millennium Park, and the Art Institute, enjoying iconic deep dish pizza, and exploring the Chinatown neighborhood for dinner. The freshman and sophomore students had an exciting afternoon challenging themselves at an aerial adventure park. The park includes different levels of high ropes courses, rope bridges, obstacle courses and ziplining. Students look forward to these memorable trips every year!
