Season Ends in Regional Final
The Viking soccer team saw its season come to a close in the regional championship on Saturday night. The Brookfield Central Lancers, seeded second in the sectional and ranked #5 in the state, defeated Wisco by a score of 5-0.
The 2021 season saw the Vikings finish with their best record in several years. The team ended the campaign with a mark of 12-7-3, including 7-5-1 in Woodland Conference play, and a postseason victory for the first time in six years.
