Morning Assembly - I Struggle, Too

On February 25, WLHS held its third assembly of the year. The title of the assembly was I Struggle, Too. After a devotion by Campus Pastor Phil Huebner ('99), seniors Leah Lawrence, Isaiah Mellock, and Shelby Sadler shared some of their personal stories of struggle and how God guided them through it. Afterwards, Pastor Huebner had an open panel discussion with seniors Kylah Alexander, Annabelle Coudron, Julianna Kulhanek, Alex Greene, and Josiah Rice. These students shared some of their experiences with struggles through the years, gave great advice to fellow students, and shared some encouragement from God’s Word. The assembly closed with the singing of He Will Hold Me Fast which was a powerful reminder of God's unwavering love.
