Important Notice for Dietary Accommodations

Be aware that any medical dietary needs entered into a student's OnCampus account are not automatically communicated to the school food service company. To ensure that dietary accommodations are properly addressed, families must complete the official medical dietary needs form and submit it to the Food Service Director at chef@wlhs.org or the school nurse at nurse@wlhs.org or fax to 608-927-0395. This form is required for all special dietary requests, including allergies, intolerances, and other medical-related food accommodations.
