WLHS Online Instruction Protocol
In the event of school closures due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, WLHS may implement asynchronous online learning.
Teacher Responsibilities:
- Teachers will post assignments or activities in onCampus by 7:45 a.m. for the scheduled rotation day.
- Assignments must be completed and submitted by 3:00 p.m. on the same day.
- Attendance will be recorded by 3:00 p.m. based on assignment submission.
Student Attendance:
- Students are marked present if they submit their assignments or activities by 3:00 p.m.
- Students are marked unexcused absent if assignments are not submitted by the deadline.
School closure notifications will indicate whether it is an online learning day. To be prepared, students should take their Chromebook and charger home daily. This protocol ensures continuity of learning during unexpected school closures.
