WELS Calls Update

2/12/2025

The following is an update on the calls that were received at Wisconsin Lutheran High School:

Mr. James Brandt accepted the call to be the Asia One Team Leader in Thailand.
Mr. Joe Janke ('08) received a call to serve as a high school English Teacher at Divine Savior Academy in Doral, Florida.

Campus Pastor Phil Huebner ('99) received a call to be the president of Illinois Lutheran Schools in Crete, Illinois.
Mr. Ben Carlovsky returned his call to Divine Savior Academy in Doral, Florida.
Ms. Gina Radue ('12) returned her call to Divine Savior Academy - Santa Rita campus.
Mr. Joel Mattek returned his call to King of Kings Lutheran School in Maitland, Florida.
Mr. James LIvingston, husband of Mrs. Angela Livingston ('05), returned his call to Great Plains Lutheran High School.

We are grateful to have Mr. Carlovsky, Ms. Radue, Mr. Mattek, and Mrs. Livingston continue their ministries at WLHS. Mr. Brandt will serve at Wisco until the end of the school year. We rejoice for the Asia One Team to have their position filled and wish Mr. Brandt God's richest blessings in this next endeavor. Please keep Mr. Janke and his wife as well as Pastor Huebner and his family in your prayers as they deliberate their calls.
