Christmas 2024 at WLHS
Christmas spirit extended throughout the school day at WLHS during the month of December. Our annual Spirit of the Season week gave students the chance to don all manner of Christmas pajamas, matching family photo day and Christmas in July outfits, and more. Students and staff participated in the Santa and Grinch game, sipped hot chocolate, and gathered to watch a Christmas movie. Our fine arts department put on several Christmas concerts to enhance the season.
Each Monday, our chapel services brought focus to a different advent theme, and at the Service of Lessons and Carols on December 17, Scripture and hymns were shared as well as many songs and selections by our choirs and student instrumentalists.
