Message from New Principal Zacharyasz

Greetings! My name is Landon Zacharyasz and I have the privilege of serving as Wisco's new Principal. My wife, Emily, and our four children moved here after serving God's people in Appleton for 13 years.

Wisco has a strong history of dedicated leadership, most recently with Principal Leyrer. Please join me in thanking Principal Leyrer for his faithfulness and leadership for the past nine years. We wish him God's richest blessings with his new position with WELS Southeastern Wisconsin District.

Since I've begun in this new role, here are some recurring thoughts I've been having:
  • Wisco staff love Jesus. It is a joy to see the passion they have to make sure the students and families know our main goal — to teach our students about their Savior.
  • Wisco absolutely wants students to have everything they need to succeed. So many student-centered conversations take place — spiritually, academically, and emotionally — and that's exactly how it should be at this school.
  • The people I have met love Wisco! The dedication to this ministry is contagious, and I'm thrilled to be a part of it!
It's important for me to learn about this school's rich history and to build relationships. Please don't hesitate to introduce yourself to me and to share with me your love or hopes for Wisco's path moving forward.

God's continued blessings to you as we approach the start of the school year!
