Athletic Registration Opens June 1
Per the WIAA (Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association), all Wisconsin Lutheran High School athletes must complete the following athletic registration process prior to participating in athletics:
- The student must have a current Physical Clearance Form on file signed by a doctor no less than every other school year. The physical examination must be dated April 1, 2023 or later in order to participate in a sport for the 2024-25 school year. Download the physical form here to take with you to the doctor.
- A parent or guardian must complete the online registration found here. Please note that the online registration is an annual requirement and opens up on June 1.
Allow three school days for the registration to be processed. Once processed, you will receive a final clearance E-mail which can be given to the athlete's coach prior to the first day of practice/tryouts.
