Morning Assembly - “You Are Not Alone: Finding Comfort in Christ”
For the final morning assembly of the 2023-24 school year, Mrs. Abbie Strong presented on the topic: "You Are Not Alone: Finding Comfort in Christ." In 2022, Mrs. Strong lost her husband in a fatal car crash in downtown Milwaukee. Suddenly Abbie and her family — daughter, Wisco student Hannah ('25), and son, Elijah — faced a life without a father and a husband. Her encouragement to the assembly was that we all suffer loss in this broken world, but know that comfort and peace come from Jesus, when we are faced with grief.
