Applications for admission are available at wlhs.org/apply. All applications must be submitted online using a parent email address.
9th-grade applicants must submit the following academic
records to the WLHS Student Services Office to continue the admissions process:
10th-grade applicants and older must submit the following academic records to the WLHS Guidance Office to continue the admissions process:

9th-grade applicants must submit the following academic
records to the WLHS Student Services Office to continue the admissions process:
- Most recent standardized test scores (MAPs Test, ACT Aspire, etc.)
- Freshman Placement Form (final page of this document)
- Final 7th-grade report card
- Most recent 8th-grade report card (if available)
10th-grade applicants and older must submit the following academic records to the WLHS Guidance Office to continue the admissions process:
- Most recent high school report card and transcript
- All school testing data (standardized test scores)
- Up-to-date attendance and behavior record
These items can be:
- Uploaded electronically as a pdf (no photos please) to the online application for admissions, or
- Emailed to records@wlhs.org, or
- Dropped off in person in the WLHS Student Services Office, or
- Mailed to: Wisconsin Lutheran High School, ℅ Student Services Office, 330 N. Glenview Ave., Milwaukee, WI 53213 *No application for admissions will be processed until all academic records are received.
