WELS Calling Season
The calling season for teachers runs from October 15 to April 15. WLHS has extended the following calls:
- Mr. Ryan Oertel ('93) accepted the called position of executive director of Mission Advancement and WLHS Foundation. He currently serves as vice president of operations at Wisconsin Lutheran College. Mr. Matt Bilitz, our current executive director, announced that he will be leaving at the end of the calendar year.
- Mrs. Meghan Mache was called as a part-time math teacher and coach. She currently teaches full time at Star of Bethlehem Lutheran Grade School in New Berlin.
- Mr. Joey Loescher was called as a full-time instrumental and choral teacher/director to support our continued growth in the music department. He currently lives in Fond du Lac and teaches music at a local public school.
