Freshmen will participate in essential transition sessions this Thursday and Friday (8/29-30) during study hall. Led by Director of Student Services, Mr. Davis and school counselors, the sessions will cover navigating high school life and include an assessment to create a personalized Academic and Career Plan. Students will also receive access to Xello, an online tool for ACP. WLHS aims to equip freshmen with the knowledge and resources they need for a successful start. The process is designed to help students confidently manage their high school journey and plan for their futures.
Freshman families are also encouraged to review the checklist below. School Counselors will deliver lessons and programs throughout the year to support these Freshman exit outcomes.
