Did you know that throughout the school year Taher brings in guest chefs to introduce our students to other food cuisines? Chef Amanda Barnes was here in February serving up Lebanese chicken shawarma. On Thursday, March 14, Chef Anthony Signa will be here making his mouth watering pork tamales, Mexican dirty rice, and elote. What a great opportunity this has been to sample food from other cultures!
