A Celebration of Fashion & Christian Female Leaders
WLHS held its annual "In the Image" Fashion Show on January 21. The event presents fashions from a variety of vendors as modeled by WLHS students. This year, the Sharon A. Schoeneck (’79) "In the Image" Scholarship was awarded to three junior female students Sydney Biebert ('25), Emerson Glodowski ('25), and Kenly Frey ('25), who have achieved academic success and demonstrated community and volunteer service.
Our fantastic vendors included: David's Bridal, The Dragon's Tailor by Emily (Schulz) Hein ('07), Maebel Jewelry, Shop Privy, Style & Heart Inc., WLHS Fashion Tech Class, and ZYIA Active by Cindy (Fitzsimmons) Krueger ('99). Monika (Koch) Robles ('83), Jen Trissel, Julie (Wilken) Welch ('05), and Esther Sandoval did a fabulous job as the hair stylists. Finally, thank you to our generous contributors: Ms. Sharon A. Schoeneck (’79), Dr. Mary Snell ('73), Taher Foods, Coleman Richter ('15) at Exciting Events, and Canopies, and to Meg (Raddant) Schuessler ('97), our terrific emcee!
