U.S. Mission Trips Announced
One of the blessings of a WLHS education is the opportunity to support WELS missions at home and abroad. On January 19, after chapel, Campus Pastor Huebner announced the United States mission trips for this summer. All students are welcome to apply, however; upperclassmen receive preference for selection. Applications, including the parent and student form and release of liability, are due Friday, January 26, at 3:00 p.m.

- Juneau, Alaska - June 8-16
- Las Vegas, Nevada - June 23-30
- Los Angeles, CA - June 15-22
- Nashville, Tennessee - July 6-13
- Navarre, Florida - June 23-30
- Pflugerville, Texas - June 15-23
- San Antonio, Texas - July 20-27
*dates are plus or minus two days and will be finalized after airline tickets are reserved
Students will support WELS ministries by staffing Vacation Bible School programs, running sports-themed camps, participating in community service projects, canvassing, witnessing and more. As a bonus, our students might also hike, swim, raft, interact with church teen groups, or tour scenic areas as time allows. Interested students can stop at the reception desk or Pastor Huebner's office for a full description of trips and an application form.
