Semifinalists in the 2024 National Merit Scholarship Program Announced
Congratulations to Kirstin Neuwirth ('24) and Gia An (Frank) Quan-Pham ('24) recently named semifinalists in the 2024 National Merit Scholarship Program. As juniors, Kirstin and Frank took the PSAT/NMSQT and wrote a qualifying score. Less than one percent of U.S. high school seniors achieve semifinalist status.
To become a Finalist, the Semifinalists and a high school official must submit a detailed scholarship application which includes their academic record, evidence of leadership and service to their community, and essay writing proficiency. In addition, they must earn high scores on the SAT or ACT to confirm their earlier performance on the qualifying test.
Kirsten and Frank will be notified in February if they have advanced to the Finalist level. To God be the glory for these distinguished accomplishments.
