The trio team of Dalton ('26) and Jesse ('24) Rost, and Evan Maertz ('26) (pictured left to right) captured runner-up at State in Wisco's first ever Fortnite team. The team was ranked first in their pool, out of five pools of regular season play. Only the top 30 teams compete at State. Esports Program Director Peter Iles said of this first-year team's accomplishments, "The guys' relentless work in Minecraft gave them the skills needed to capture runner-up at State. We look forward to seeing what this team can do in the future."
Out of the 160 Fortnight teams in the State, Wisco had three qualifying teams; the largest showing at State.
