Boys Track Wins at Hart Park
The boys track & field team showed strength across the board on Thursday night, winning 9 of the 18 events at the Red Raider Triangular (which turned into a five-team meet) at Hart Park.
The team brought home victories in the 400 (Jamond Allen), 800 (Michael Miller), 1600 (Tristan Sanchez), 110 HH (Josiah Cox), 300 IH (Nathan Miller), Long Jump (Isaiah Hopf), Triple Jump (Hopf), and the 4x100 and 4x400 relays (Hopf, Noah Kontny, Robert Rehm, Jacob Spudat and Kontny Rehm, Miller, and Luke Wegner, respectively).
In addition, Travis Becker won three wheelchair events (100, 400, 800), besting his own school record in the 100 with a time of 18.78.
