Every year, students can apply for a dormitory leadership position as part of the Residential Activities Committee (RAC). The RAC helps plan and organize events for students and the Honey Creek Hall community. At regular meetings, students work alongside staff to make decisions about what community activities are needed at Honey Creek Hall, how best to utilize staff and resources to hold these activities, and what we can do to improve student life and build an inclusive community.
The mission of the RAC is to collaborate with residential staff and school organizations, implement engaging residential activities, and role model integration, student representation, and leadership within the dormitory.
Dedicated to building an inclusive and positive community, RAC works hard to bring students, faculty, and staff together for a wide range of experiences including concerts, potlucks, holiday parties, and sports.
