Wisco and New Berlin West played on despite the snow on Tuesday, and the Vikings took the opportunity to get back on track with a victory. Isaiah Hopf scored 11 of his team-high 15 points in the second half to help lead his team to a 63-56 win over visiting West.
Hopf was joined in double figures by Jamiir Allen, who matched his career-high of 13 points for the second consecutive game. The pair helped key a stronger Viking effort on the glass (six rebounds for Hopf, five for Allen) in the second half, where the team outrebounded West by four. Commanding the boards, however, was Jonah Rindfleisch, who tallied his sixth double-double of the season with 12 points and 11 rebounds, to go along with team-highs in assists (5), blocks (3), and steals (3).
The Vikings forced 17 turnovers on defense and, after a rough night on Friday, made six of seven free throws down the stretch to seal the victory. More stats are available here.
Wisco plays at New Berlin West on Friday, January 29.
