School Information System Security Update
To enhance the security and stability of Blackbaud solutions (onCampus), our student information system, Blackbaud is updating authentication for Blackbaud ID. On Tuesday, April 23, 2024, users will need to re-authenticate their Blackbaud logins in the following ways:
- Users who login with a password will have no changes
- Users who sign in with "Sign in with Apple" or "Sign in with Google" will be prompted to re-authorize Blackbaud to access their name and email
- Users who log in with multi-factor authentication (MFA) will be prompted to setup a new MFA connection
